Answer: Yes, each location is set up to accept Master Card and Visa credit cards.

Question: Are delivery charges part of the product price?

Answer: No, delivery charges are separate from the price of the product and are charged based on distance and order size. Check with the location nearest you for their rate sheets.

Question: Can I special order products?

Answer: Yes, all locations will take special order items based on your needs. Special orders must be paid in full prior to the ordering of said items.

Question: What are your store hours?

Answer: Generally all locations are open for business by 7:00am, many stores are open for business prior to 7:00am. Please call the location closest to you for their hours of operation.

Question: What is the Company policy regarding brand names?

Answer: It is the Corporate policy to inventory and sell the top brand names, in each product category, in the industry thereby assuring high quality products and excellent customer support. If you want a specific brand name that is not currently in stock please talk to the location manager to acquire the product on a special order basis.
